1. Discovery Meeting
This first step is where we learn about you and your project. We’ll sit down and discuss your vision, ideal timeline, and budget. Bring us your wish lists, inspiration photos, and napkin sketches — let’s get started
2. Complimentary Project Review and Site Visit
Now that we have a better idea of what you’re wanting to build, we get into more detail about the project. We’ll visit your site, introduce you to our field expert, and begin detailed planning. This is where we discuss specific requirements, potential build obstacles, and site restrictions.
3. Design Coordination
The fun begins as we put your dreams and ideas to paper! Collaborating with architects and planners, we develop a custom home plan that matches your wishes and refine the design until you’re ecstatic!
4. Project Planning
Once we have finalized the design, we move onto planning. We establish a formal timeline and budget, and ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
5. Project Kick-Off
We begin to build your legacy! You can relax and watch your build take shape as we oversee the daily operations ensuring work is completed to our highest standards, on time and on budget.
6. Project Completion
We hand over the keys! Your vision has been brought to life, and you can celebrate the completion of your beautifully finished one-of-a-kind space.

We started construction of our log home just before pandemic mandates were implemented barring the construction of homes if footings hadn’t been poured yet. With a day or two to spare before the deadline, the owners of Legacy North impressively used their local connections to coordinate a team of excavators, surveyors, and foundation contractors to lot clear, pin, and pour our foundation footings all in one day. Within a few months, construction restrictions were lifted and there was a construction boom in our area. Supply costs quickly inflated, and tradespeople became hard to schedule.
Despite this, Steve kept our project moving forward. A problem would arise but Steve would always come up with practical solutions. With his vast experience in the industry, it seems even a pandemic couldn’t faze him.
